  • Our shipping policy only allows for delivery to residential addresses; PO Boxes are not residential.
    If you have to provide a PO Box address in Canada, please only select Canada Post as your delivery method during check-out. 

  • To ensure compliance with legal requirements, it is necessary for us to verify the authenticity of your identity in cases where your billing and shipping addresses differ. As part of our identity verification process, we require your email address and mobile phone number. Providing false contact information may be considered fraudulent or deceptive in certain states and provinces.

  • At our company, we take the quality of your instruments and your shopping experiences extremely seriously. Unlike other dropshipping sellers, we ship all orders directly from our warehouses in Canada or the US. Our diligent staff meticulously inspects every item before packaging, ensuring that each order is in pristine condition upon arrival. Trust us to deliver the level of care and attention to detail that your valuable instruments deserve.

💔 Defective, Damaged or Missing Items
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days at playpromusic@gmail.com with a description and photo evidence. Our customer service team will respond promptly. 

If you suspect that your shipment is missing from the carrier, please do not hesitate to contact us.

When a shipment is held by customs or postal authorities in the destination country, it is the responsibility of the importer (buyer) to contact and clear customs.
