🚚 General Shipping Policy

- We cannot ship to a non-residential address or PO Box except for rural and remote regions in Canada.
- We need to verify your identity if the shipping address mismatches your billing address. Both your mobile phone number and email address are required to complete the verification.
- We care your instruments like you do. Unlike other dropshipping sellers, all our order is directly shipped from our warehouse in Canada or the US. Our staff make sure every order is in good shape before packaging.
In order to prevent any possibilities of spread-out, we require all employee sanitize before picking, handling and packaging, although your destination country may have already announced the end of pandemic.

💔 Defective, Damaged or Missing Items
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us by playpromusic@gmail.com attached with description and proof of photos in 7 days. Our customer service team will get back to you ASAP.
If your order is lost by the carrier, please contact us so that we can help make a claim.
If your order is held by the customs/post service/authorities in your country, it is the importer's (buyer's) responsibility to contact and clear the customs.
