You must register your product to activate your one-year limited warranty from the manufacturer. 

Serieal numbers are requied to activate the warranty.

PlayPro Music is the exclusive official distributor and service center of CloudVocal in the USA and Canada. If your purchase was not from us, please do not proceed. You may not be eligible for the manufacturer's warranty and not eligible for our customer service.
