- Our "Free Shipping to the US and Canada" applies to residential addresses. We are not limited to shipping to residential addresses only; however, buyers providing a business address must ensure their reception can accept personal packages. If an item is returned due to a reception rejection, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
- If you need to provide a PO Box address in Canada, please select only Canada Post or PO box shipping as your delivery method during checkout.
- To ensure compliance with legal requirements, we must verify your identity when your billing and shipping addresses differ. As part of our identity verification process, we require both your email address and mobile phone number. Providing false contact information may be considered fraudulent or deceptive in certain states and provinces.
- We take the quality of your instruments and your shopping experiences extremely seriously. Unlike dropshipping sellers, we ship all orders directly from our US or Canadian warehouses. Our team carefully checks every item before packaging, ensuring each order arrives in good condition. Trust us to deliver the level of care and attention to detail that your valuable instruments deserve.
In order to prevent the spread of germs and viruses, we require all employees to sanitize before handling and packaging.

💔 Defective, Damaged or Missing Items
If you discover that your order is defective or damaged, please email us within 7 days at playpromusic@gmail.com, providing a description and photo evidence. Our customer service team will respond promptly.
If you suspect that your shipment is missing, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that when a shipment is held by customs or postal authorities in the destination country, it is the responsibility of the importer (buyer) to contact and clear customs.
