  • We are unable to ship to a non-residential address¬†or PO Box.
    (Except for rural regions that are only available for pickup on a commercial location/PO Box)
  • We¬†will have to verify your identity if the shipping address mismatches your billing address. Both your mobile phone number and email address are required to¬†complete the verification.¬†
  • We care your¬†instrument like you do. All your order is directly shipped from our owned warehouse. Our staff pick your items and check again before packaging.¬†

ūüíĒ Defective, Damaged or Missing Items
If your item is defective or damaged, please email playpromusic@gmail.com attached with proof of photos in 7 days. Our customer service team will get to you ASAP. 

If your order is lost by the carrier, please contact us so that we can help make a claim. If the investigation takes more than 30 days, we will create a new same order for you and ship to you again.

If your order is held by the customs/post service/authorities in your country, it is your responsibility to clear the customs.
