🚚 General Shipping Policy

  • We are unable to ship to a non-residential address or PO Box.
    (Except for rural regions that are only available for pickup on a commercial location/PO Box)
  • We have to verify your identity if the shipping address mismatches your billing address. Both your mobile phone number and email address are required to complete the verification. 
  • We care your instrument like you do. Unlike other dropshipping sellers, all our order is directly shipped from our owned warehouse. Our staff make sure every order is in good shape before packaging.

In order to prevent any possibilities of spread-out, we require all employee sanitize before picking, handling and packaging, although some countries may have already announced the end of pandemic.

💔 Defective, Damaged or Missing Items
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us by playpromusic@gmail.com attached with proof of photos in 7 days. Our customer service team will get back to you ASAP. 

If your order is lost by the carrier, please contact us so that we can help make a claim. If the investigation takes more than 30 days, we will create a new same order for you and ship to you at no extra cost.

If your order is held by the customs/post service/authorities in your country, it is your responsibility to contact and clear the customs.
