> Defective, Damaged or Missing Items
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us at playpromusic@gmail.com attached with proof of photos in 7 days. We will get to you ASAP. 

If your order is lost by the carrier(shown with tracking number), please contact us so that we can help make a claim. If the investigation takes more than 30 days, we will create a new same order for you and ship to you again.

If your order is held by the customs/post service/authorities in your country, it is your responsibility to contact and/or clear the customs.
