This classic coffee from the Tarrazu region is said to have some of the best soil conditions and highest altitudes for growing coffee. Costa Rican Coffee is a strickly hard bean (SHB) that has exceptionally balance and a lasting sweet, winey flavor and mouthfeel. Our soaking coffee bag serves cold or hot.

Grade SHB Beans:
strictly hard bean (SHB) refers to coffee grown at altitudes higher than about 4,500 feet above sea level. Beans grown at high altitudes mature more slowly and grow to be harder and denser than beans grown at lower elevations. The inherent consistency and taste attributes of high grown beans makes them more desirable, and generally more expensive, than coffees grown at lower elevations.   

Instructions (Cold Brew)

  1. Put coffee bag into the cup
  2. Pour temperature water (150-180ml)
  3. Fridge 6 to 12 hours
  4. Enjoy

  1. Put coffee bag into the cup
  2. Pour hot water (150-180ml)
  3. Steep 3 to 5 mins
  4. Enjoy
